Uprights, beams and the parts between them
The heavy duty pallet rack starts with uprights from 8′ to 30′ high in 36″, 42″, 44″ and 48″ depths. Beams come in 92″, 96″, 108″, 120″, 132″ and 144″ lengths, with load bars of different lengths and capacity to carry the pallets across them.
Around those sit the small parts that make a bay work: wire decks, which some people call mesh decks, plus pallet supports and row spacers. Buying them from the same yard as the frames means one call to (317) 755-2219 covers the whole bay.
Used cantilever runs 8′ to 20′ high with 24″ to 48″ arms, single or double sided, with pipe end stops. Pick modules come stationary, mobile and multi-level.
Shelving and conveyor from the same floor
Used metal and rivet shelving comes with pressboard included, in 48″ x 24″, 36″ x 24″ and 36″ x 12″ footprints, 7.25′ to 10′ tall. Other styles turn up too, including Lyons, Penco and Republic shelving.
Gravity conveyor is 12″ to 48″ wide and mostly 10′ long, on H-stand legs, in many different styles. Curves and ball transfer tables are part of the mix, so a conveyor line can turn a corner or feed a pick station without a custom order.
Evaluated, priced by the layout, inspected before it ships
Every piece of used equipment is carefully evaluated and priced according to its condition. The quote then follows the layout: our team works with you on the best solution for your building, and we can fabricate uprights to fit when a standard height will not.
One Google reviewer wrote that Brian and his team worked within a tight installation window and saved money by getting the right used components for the job. That is the point of mixing used with new, and the links below the schedule lead to the new stock and to rack installation.
We value repeat customers, so we encourage pre-shipment inspections to make sure you are satisfied. Delivery runs on our own trucks in or around Indianapolis, and the office at (317) 755-2219 can take the details of your building.
